I have weird deja vu when I look at that...it's what our book room looked like at the beginning of last year. Have faith, organization can be achieved. It's easier if you can get a few good students to help you out...good luck!
Eerily similar to our book rooms. So many of us get so anal about the organization in our own classrooms...what is the deal with book room neglect???
